I ordered the wrong size in error and sent an email right away and got a reply immediately stating that they would swap out the ring for the correct size and ship it out right away. I absolutely love the stunning ring and got many compliments on its uniqueness. After wearing it a few times, I noticed that one of the diamond like stones fell out. It is frustrating because I want to wear it, but it looks odd now.
